Admission Procedure
Admissions to the Institute are made along with the other engineering colleges in the state through a common entrance test conducted by the Govt. of Telangana.
Required Documents during reporting for new Admissions 2023-2024
- 70 % of the seats are allotted based on the merit in the Engineering and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAPCET) conducted by Govt. of Telengana /Andhra Pradesh.
- 30 % of the seats are earmarked for Management / NRI candidates.
- In addition to the above, Diploma holders are admitted in second year of B.Tech to the extent of 20% of intake based on the merit in the Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET), under lateral entry scheme conducted by Govt. of Telengana / Andhra Pradesh.
M.Tech-Aerospace Engineering: B.E / B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering (or) Equivalent with valid GATE score / based on the rank obtained in the test conducted by JNTU.
- M.TECH-COMPUTER SCIENCE & ENGINEERING: B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (or) Equivalent with valid GATE score / based on the rank obtained in the test conducted by JNTU.
- M.TECH-SOFTWARE ENGINEERING: B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering / Informatio Technology (or) Equivalent with valid GATE score / based on the rank obtained in the test conducted by JNTU.
- M.TECH-EMBEDDED SYSTEM: B.E / B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Computer Science and Engineering / Informatio Technology / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (or) Equivalent with valid GATE score / based on the rank obtained in the test conducted by JNTU.
- M.TECH-DIGITAL SYSTEMS & COMPUTER ELECTRONICS : B.E / B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Computer Science and Engineering / Informatio Technology / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics & Computers Engineering / Electronics and Telecommmunication Engineering / Electronics & Control Engineering (or) Equivalent with valid GATE score / based on the rank obtained in the test conducted by JNTU.
- M.TECH-COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN / COMPUTER AIDED MANUFACTURING (CAD/CAM): B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering / Metallurgy /Industrial Engineering / Mechatronics /Aeronautical Engineering / Marine Engineering / Mining Engineering / Production Emgineering (or) Equivalent with valid GATE score / based on the rank obtained in the test conducted by JNTU. M.Tech-Thermal Engineering: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering / Mechatronics /Aeronautical Engineering (or) Equivalent with valid GATE score / based on the rank obtained in the test conducted by JNTU.

B Category Seats
The Admission pattern to B. Tech is as follows
The minimum qualification for admission to first year B. Tech course is 50% pass in the Intermediate (10 + 2) conducted by the board of Intermediate education, Govt. of Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent to Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects.
The admission pattern to MBA is as follows
The minimum qualification for admission to first year MBA course is 50% pass in the Degree (10+2+3) or equivalent conducted by the University.
The admission pattern to M.Tech as follows
The minimum qualification for admission to first year M. Tech course is 50% pass in the B.E./B.Tech/AMIE or equivalent conducted by the University.

Download application form from this website. Applications downloaded from the website should be filled in and submitted in person. 30% seats in each Branch are filled under Management Quota based on eligibility as per JNTU Rules. 70% of seats are being filled from GOV
